Whether you’re just beginning to plan your dream home, looking to upgrade your existing wastewater system, or have already finalised your design, we’re here to help every step of the way—from planning and installation to ongoing maintenance.
We start by helping you find the wastewater system that best suits your needs and the surrounding environment. Working closely with your engineer (or ours) and Waterflow, we ensure you receive the most efficient and reliable system possible.
Once your engineer’s design is finalised and council approval is in place, our friendly team of experienced installers gets to work! We’ll start with a site visit to your property to make sure we have the right equipment and access, and we’ll arrange an installation date that suits you (and your builder).
From there, our team will carefully dig, install, and test your new wastewater system to ensure everything is running perfectly.
A few weeks after installation, we’ll come back for a follow-up visit to walk you through how to look after your system. We’ll cover all the do’s and don’ts, along with simple tips for keeping your system in great shape for years to come.
We don’t just pack up and leave — we’re here for the long haul to make sure your wastewater system continues to perform for years to come!
Regular maintenance checks are a requirement from Environment Canterbury and other regional councils to ensure your system is protecting our environment and operating as it should.
That’s why we pop by once a year to check that everything is running smoothly, clean out your filters, and make sure your system stays in tip-top shape.
